First on 7th is revitalizing its seventh street plaza with a new green space plan that includes abundant shade for professionals, downtown residents and visitors to enjoy the outdoor scene.

 
 

The ground floor of First on 7th will be updated to attract street level pedestrian traffic for retail and restaurant tenants. Patio seating is ideal for al fresco dining. Access from both 6th and 7th Streets offers tenants ground floor visibility unlike any other in the central business district.

The street level plaza showcases the monolithic sculptural works of Isamu Noguchi and is being enhanced to include usable green space.  There, visitors will feel welcome to relax, stroll and take in the beauty of these lovely pieces from Fort Worth’s cultural history.
